PostSword is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms input content (blog posts, transcripts, newsletters, and similar text) into platform-optimised social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, newsletters, Instagram, and video scripts. The Service is powered by third-party AI models provided by Anthropic.
You may use a limited guest mode without an account. To access full features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

PostSword offers the following plans:
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Unused cuts do not roll over between billing periods. Plan limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused cuts. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at worldofdifferentthings@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Service ("Input Content") and the outputs generated from it ("Output Content"). By submitting Input Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our content: The PostSword name, logo, software, and all other elements of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
AI-generated outputs: Output Content is generated by AI and may not be unique. We make no claim of ownership over outputs and do not guarantee that outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs in compliance with applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is unsuitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any outputs before publication or use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
